Babies are born in their own time. I have arrived 5 min late for a birth and I have waited over 24hours to capture a little ones arrival. Birth photography is so much more than just the actual birth. It is a birth story involving people and emotions. I love capturing the first breath of air by the newborn, when mom and dad first see their new baby, when grandma hugs dad to celebrate the new life...those are special moments and details that only happen one time. What a privilege it is to be able to capture those memories so that they are remembered forever. Birth photography is so special and my absolute favorite!
